Premier Electrics

Visual Design | Web & app design | UI/UX

Premier Electrics is the partner of choice for many contractors and clients across Ireland, the UK, and Europe, offering a full-service solution from design to installation and aftercare, and working with leading brands and organisations.

"

Building on Premier Electrics’ existing logo and core colours, we evolved and expanded their visual identity across all touchpoints. The goal was to establish a more professional, corporate design system that reflects the company’s service quality and industry stature, supported by a new website and a custom-built employee engagement app. This evolution introduced fresh graphic elements, updated typography, bespoke iconography, and refined layout styles — ensuring consistency across both print and digital platforms.

As part of the refreshed identity, brand frames and assets inspired by the angles of the ‘Big E’ logo were developed to introduce structure and colour where needed. A versatile sans-serif grotesk typeface was introduced for headlines, CTAs, and body text in varying weights, striking a balance between modernity and industrial character.

The updated corporate style was extended into the visual design of a new website, created and prototyped in Figma for client review and seamless developer handover. The site’s clear structure, intuitive navigation, and professional design reflect their reputation for reliability and quality, building confidence with decision-makers.

A separate secure web app was built for Premier Electrics’ off-site teams, centralising internal news, training, wellbeing resources and PPA/travel requests. With site logins, weather updates and push notifications, it improves communication, safety and engagement across sites throughout the Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe. Similar to the website build, the updated corporate style was extended into the visual design of the app, created and prototyped in Figma for client review and developer handover.

As part of the company-wide brand update, the refreshed styling was rolled out across print and digital channels, including social media, as well as display and exhibition design.
